Throughout this site, I refer to myself as a chocolate addict, chocolate enthusiast, and even a self-proclaimed professional chocoholic. (Which is indeed an entirely made up title, but nonetheless true). See? I’m confessing already.

Thank you for following my blog. I decided to visit and look around as I enjoy chocolate (the dark, high cocoa fat kind is the best) though not as much as you do, I think. 🙂
I worked for about a year in a chocolate and gift store that my brother and SIL owned and, you may find it hard to believe, I actually got tired of eating chocolate, truffles and various other confections my brother (a chocolatier) came up with. Dark chocolate dipped orange peel and white chocolate dipped pretzels were among my favourites. Keep up the interesting posts.
