Ube is the absolute best…hands down (and I’ve had a lot of ice cream in my time). I’m not a big fan of chain shoppes. I prefer independents. Favorites will also vary by region. Being on the West Coast, near a large Filipino community, ube is extremely popular. I normally make it at home, but will purchase it occasionally.
